FORMULATION
Each film-coated tablet contains 75mg of Clopidogrel.

INDICATION
Clopridogrel is indicated for the prevention of atherothrombotic events in:
Patients suffering from myocardial infarction(from a few days until less that 35 days), ischaemic stroke(from 7 days until less 6 months) or stablished pheripetral arterial disease.
Patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome: *Non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Qwave myocardial infarction), including patients undergoing a stent placement following a stent placement following percutaneous coronary intervention, in comnibation with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) *ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction, in combination with ASA in medically treated patients eligible for thrombolytic therapy


DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Clopidogrel Adults and elderly : clopidogrel shoul be given as a single dose of 75mg with or without food. In patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome: * Non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction), clopidogrel treatmenbt should be initiated with a single 300mg loading dose and then continued at 75 mg once a day (with acetylsalicylicacid ASA)) 75-325mg daily * ST Segment elevation acute myocardial infarction: clopidogrel should be given as a single daily dose of 75 mg initiated with a loading dose in combination with ASA and with or without thrombolystics.

CONTRAINDICATION
Hypersensitivity to the active substance to any of the excipients of the medicinal products
Severe liver impairment
Active pathological bleeding such as peptic ulcer or intracranial haemorrhage
Breast Feeding

AVAILABILITY
White colored circular biconvex film-coated tablets. Available in 10 blister strip contain 10 tablets of Clopiric packed in printed duplex carton.

Store at temperature not exceeding 30° C.
